1. Lack of proper nutrition.
If you are not taking a well-balanced diet, it will reflect on your skin. Make sure you include a lot of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. 2. Lack of proper sleep.
If you have been sleeping late or not getting enough sleep, you will not only get dark circles but also fine wrinkles around the most sensitive part of your skin i.e., around your eyes. Avoid sleep by taking tea or coffee. This is the worst way to kill the healing effect of sleep to what it gives you when you are tired.

3. Dehydration.
If you have been drinking less water, you will see your skin sag and become very dry. Using a moisturizer is a good thing, but it will not make up for the hydration your skin needs. You can improve this only by drinking plenty of water everyday.

4. Stress.
This is surely one of the key reasons you have started looking a bit older than you age. Live like a child (carefree) to also look like one (not literally but definitely younger than your age).
